As its name suggests, Films Online is an app to watch movies online using a 3G or WiFi connection. You will, of course, need to have a good mobile plan, as the data load will be pretty hefty.
The movies that you can watch are organized by genre, making it easier to find the ones you like best. That said, the catalogue in general isn't very up to date, so you won't find new releases, but rather films that are a little older.
